Let’s say you stay in Korea or you have Korean friends, sometimes you will invited by them to attend a party, weddings, go to a concert or spend a spare time together at the restaurant.

You accept the invitations and enjoy together. But sometimes when you already have another appoinment or another invitation and in other hand another friends want to invite you and you can’t go with them you can also show the expression which more polite or acceptable to say that you are unable to come. Because of the outright refusel is considered rude in Korea. If you are not be able to come you can say and showing your appreciation first for the invitation and then you can explain the reasong why you can not be attend. Koreans start their refusal by saying “저” it means “well …” or “사실은” means “actually…” for the expression of hesitation and you can explain the reason.

The festival is organized by Ace 99 Cultural Pte Ltd and Singapore Huading (Group) Pte Ltd, sponsored by the China Literature and Art Foundation. The event is supported by the Korea Tourism Organization and International Federation for Choral Activities.
The festival expects to gather at least 1,000 choristers from Asia countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, Korea and Philippines.
The participants will compete in various categories that include mixed choir, equal voices, children’s choir, senior citizen’s choir, chamber choir and folklore. Beside the individual category awards, the festival will be awarding the Grand Prize, Special Jury Award and Conductor’s Prize.
Participating choral directors and teachers will have the opportunity to attend the conductors’ forum, chaired by the Festival Artistic Director, and interact with the panel of international adjudicators for the festival. Participants are able to attend the masterclass and workshop conducted by the adjudicators too.
